FROM OP ROSARIA A NEW RANGE OF 100% NATURAL FRUIT JUICE MADE WITH HIGH QUALITY SICILIAN CITRUS, BRANDED ROSARIA

21/02/2013 -

Now that the minimum percentage of fruit contained in juices has finally been increased, the OP Rosaria does much more, presenting 100% natural fruit juices made with high quality Sicilian citrus, branded Rosaria. The blood orange juice from the Sicilian PGI branded Rosaria has been on the market for quite a while. To this we can add the orange juice Ribera PDO which is a delicacy consisting of a mix of citrus fruit consisting of orange, mandarin with a touch of lemon and tangerine juice. The special features of these juices is that they encapsulate all of the genuineness of freshly squeezed fruits and do not contain any added sugar, colours, preservatives or other additives, and they are made by extracting the juice from the fruit followed by a mild pasteurization process to reduce the bacterial load.

“Excellent juice can only be derived from excellent citrus fruit. The company’s strategy has always focused on the search for high quality products across the country obtained according to specific production techniques and harvested at the right time, carefully selected and worked up using tried and tested techniques from years and years of work in this area. Thanks to strong communication we have managed to get our brand Rosaria more widely known ensuring that consumers perceive the quality behind the brand. The origin is obviously one of the main drivers of our strategy that is not a simple communication but rather the outsourcing of the business potential of the land, the sun, traditions and professionalism of Sicilian citrus fruit growers. Rosaria, is therefore a Sicilian name for a 100% Sicilian product. Just as today, our freshly squeezed blood orange, navel orange, mandarin and citrus juices are 100%”, explained Aurelio Pannitteri, chairman of OP Rosaria. Citrus fruits that are marketed by the OP are all produced in an environmentally friendly manner, not only in the production techniques that are monitored by agronomists specially appointed by the OP, but also through the use of the latest technologies such as the use of photovoltaic plants (among the most recent corporate investments) that allow the company to lower the costs of the supply chain.
