The Suriano & Casalnuovo farm, founded by the will of two young businessmen, Pasquale and Rocco, is specialised in the production of early varieties of fruit, marketed directly on the national market. The use of greenhouses and the particular and favourable climatic conditions of Metaponto allow to obtain early strawberries and stone fruits with exceptional organoleptic characteristics, minimizing the environmental impact. Candonga is the strawberry variety produced by the company, the buyers and consumers’ favourite one as for its shelf life and its unmistakable flavour and taste. Orange Rubis and Plaglod are apricot and peach cultivars distinguished by their attractive fruits and juicy and aromatic flesh.
