Il Noceto is a producers oranization of Veneto region that has more than 300 hectares of specialized orchards and a modern facility for the processing of product, equipped with advanced machineries. Picked at the moment of their best ripening, the walnut are shelled and washed exclusively with water, preserving their characteristic amber colour. In fact, in order to be natural and good, walnuts don’t need to be bleached, but simply to be cleaned and dried at low temperatures. This way the best characteristics and natural taste of walnut don’t get lost. The associates of Il Noceto have modern farms, with plants in row, and mostly produce walnuts of the Lara variety: nuts with a well closed and lignified shell, wit a very high nutritional power. Indeed, they are rich in vitamins, sugar and proteins.
